As a newly forming organization, CPS is in the process of assembling its leadership team and advisory bodies. This is a unique moment: the people who join now will help establish the standards, culture, and direction of the organization from the ground up.
Board of Directors
The CPS Board of Directors is currently being established. We are recruiting experienced professionals with backgrounds in psychotherapy research, patient safety, nonprofit governance, and healthcare policy to provide strategic oversight and fiduciary responsibility.
Executive Director
The Executive Director position is being established as part of our founding process. This role will lead day-to-day operations, implement the board's strategic vision, and serve as the public voice of the organization.
Scientific Advisory Council
Our first advisory body — now recruiting founding members.

The Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) is CPS's primary expert body, responsible for reviewing evidence, developing grading standards, and ensuring the scientific rigor of all CPS publications. We are actively seeking founding members with expertise in:
- Clinical psychology research
- Psychotherapy outcome measurement
- Patient safety science
- Healthcare quality improvement
- Consumer advocacy
- Research methodology
- Mental health policy
